Single Site Licence Purchases

Flow-Logic licences are digital products linked to a specific school/site setup. Once a completed payment has been associated with a registered public IP address and provisioning has started, the purchase is non-refundable.

Why This Applies

Your payment triggers manual account setup, including IP-based authorisation and password access configuration. Because the licence is issued to a specific site/IP combination, we do not offer refunds after this association process has begun.

Wrong or Old IP Address

If the wrong school IP was submitted, use the IP change form and we will update the authorised IP: Change registered IP address.

Legal Rights

This policy is applied in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
